Photoshoot: Behind the Scenes of Floral Sense Paper Flower Backdrop Set-up

I have an obsession with designing for photoshoots.  So when Tessa of Tessa Kim Birdcage Veils and Accessories asked me to design a paper flower backdrop for her shoot, I jumped at the opportunity.  There's a ton a work that goes into prepping for these productions to get the final perfect images including models, make-up, hair, venue, lighting, photography and design (just to name a few). Behind-the-scenes is where lots of the work is done and its my favorite place to be!

Bat Mitzvah Trapeze Party in NYC with Floral Sense Paper Flowers: Professional Photos

Floral Sense paper flowers in NYC

Yes, you read that right! Our flowers had the chance to make an appearance in New York this month and we have the pictures to prove it! Lysa Scarselli, a fabulous event planner based in New York, sent me these shots she took herself. Professional photos to come! Lysa was the mastermind behind designing and coordinating this Bat Mitzvah Trapeze Party for a lucky lady named Bella.

Our paper flowers served as part of the backdrop for the oh-so-pretty candy table:


And you have to check out the details that Lysa paid attention to from the invitation, to the candy labels, decor and color coordination!

Another nice surprise? This cake was designed and created by the famous Buddy Valastro of the TV show Cake Boss!

Paper flowers have become such a hot trending item. And I am surprised at how many requests I have gotten! There's even an event happening this month in New York where Floral Sense paper flowers were shipped so be sure to check back because I'll have those photos posted soon.
